Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a Friends of ScriptLoom membership or a one-off supporter contribution, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the merchant of record for all ScriptLoom orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us at trust@jura.network.

For memberships, cancelling stops future renewals, and your supporter status continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds cover the most recent payment when requested within the 30-day window.

Paddle's own refund policy also applies to every order.
